Levent Ozkurt

Chairman of the Board of Directors, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Treasurer

Mr. Ozkurt has a strong background in NY real estate, proven experience leading successful companies, and a passion for philanthropy.

At the age of 21, he founded his first successful company, Citiwide Exterminating, Inc. In 1997, he founded a second company, Pro Construction, that handles interior renovations in NYC. Mr. Ozkurt’s  real estate knowledge comes from hands-on experience, including his years spent as a NYS Real Estate Salesperson, and later as a NYS Real Estate Broker. He also worked for Vornado Realty Trust (a commercial REIT) as a field supervisor.

Because of his commitment to understanding the industry inside and out, Mr. Ozkurt also completed the Property Management Program at the Real Estate Institute of New York University (2007 graduate). Mr. Ozkurt also manages a private portfolio of commercial and residential investment properties and is actively involved in several development projects.

Philanthropy is important to Mr. Ozkurt, who serves with multiple organizations dedicated to helping children and fighting world poverty. This includes the Shriners Hospital for Children - Philadelphia, where he serves on the board of governors, chairman of the marketing and communications committee, and a member of the medical committee. Mr. Ozkurt is also a Trustee and former board member of the Rotary Club of New York, and a co-founder of Brothers Without Borders.
